Transition Services provides adaptive technology and personalized resources for people looking to gain employment, including:

• Access the WorkSource Employment System with the
  newest adaptive technology for people with disabilities.

• Personalized service to finding employment.

• Open to Case Managers and your clients.

• Access to the largest job bank in the state.

• Employment classes, training and resources avaialble.

• Highest respect for your needs.

• Conference room available for usage by WorkSource and commuinty partners.  Call to schedule a meeting, or see below for usage already scheduled.

Directions

The Transition Services Center is open Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5pm and closed for State holidays.

Due to limited staffing, site may be locked for brief periods (10-15 minutes) during business hours.  Please feel free to wait for a staff person to return or please seek services on the first floor.
