The Employment Security Department is making all Unemployment Insurance information and service available by telephone. Using the phone saves you time, gives you access to all the information you need, and gets your benefit checks and information to you quickly.
To apply for Unemployment Insurance Benefits, call the Unemployment Claims Telecenter.

Worked in only one state in the last 18 months

Have not applied for benefits in any state other than Washington in the last 12 months
